What's black and red and fast all over? The Superfly 100 AL Pro! This ripper says "bring it" to all trails and anybody that tries to hang with you. Trek uses their lightest, stiffest Platinum aluminum for the frame, with all the details that they are known for. Things like the E2 head tube, G2 geometry and ABP suspension give you a ride that is quick and racy, yet fully confident on hardcore trails. A 142x12mm rear end and a carbon swing link really stiffens up the rear end, something you can really feel when railing through turns and ripping through techy sections. Turns or straights, techy or smooth, the custom Fox fork and shock gives you 100/110mm of travel with their CTD dampers that deliver the perfect feel on any terrain, up or down. The specs are legit, too, with Shimano XT gearing and discs and Bonty tubeless-ready wheels and tires.

The wheelset is lightweight and rolls fast. G2 Geometry really works on this bike. It's basically a road bike for the mountain. Aggressive posture with speed in mind. I can accelerate quickly to 30mph going up hill in Descent mode with this bike. It's fast! The tires are for Hardpack only. They suck in loose and wet conditions. If you do a lot of XC or fire roads then this is THE bike. I added a dropper post to make it a little more versatile.
