Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Return any unsatisfactory item within  7 / 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchange, or adjustment. Call2Recycle Fee

There is a new mandatory $15 Call2Recycle Fee for electric bicycle purchases. This will be added to your receipt and needs to be paid in person upon e-bike pick up. Our website provider is working on a solution to include on future online orders.

In-Store Pickup

We will contact you via phone or email to let you know when your in-store pickup order is ready. 

Most orders will be ready within 1 business day. Jax Bicycle Centers are OPEN Monday-Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. Please keep in mind some orders may require additional processing time; transfers from off-site locations & bicycle or product assembly take 7 days. We will call / email you once your order is ready for pickup.

Orders usually ship within one to two business days. 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on size and weight of the order.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S. and we do not ship to PO boxes.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.


Jax Promise: If for any reason you don't LOVE your purchase, please bring it back within 30 days of the original purchase and we will do the following: Refit It, Adjust It, Exchange It, Give You Your Money Back. 

* ALL bicycles must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of your purchase. Returns must be in new condition or no refund. No blemishes or excessive wear is accepted. Jax Promise not valid on closeout, discounted, special order purchases. Cash purchases over $50 will be returned by check in 7-10 business days.

With all returns, please include your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return - i.e. credit your account, exchange for another item etc.

We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

  • Time: You have 30 days from the original purchase date to request a refund on accessories, apparel and components. 7 days from the original purchase date on bicycles.
  • Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
  • Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.
  • Refund Contact Info: Contact us in-store, over the phone or by email for a refund. You can find store hours, address, email and phone number on our store details page.
  • Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
